4. Data Processing & Memory Content

Recallr processes conversation data through your LLM provider's API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) via our forward proxy. Memory entities extracted from conversations are stored in your project's dedicated knowledge graph. You retain full ownership of all memory data. We do not use your memory data to train models or share it with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Memory data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual memories, entire user profiles, or your full project data at any time via the API or dashboard.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
